Hopkins’ History of Science, Medicine, and Technology community had impressive representation at the History of Science Society’s centennial event, held on July 26, 2024, at the Kluge Center, Library of Congress, Washington, DC. Three out of fifteen speakers had current or former affiliation with Hopkins, and others joined in attendance.

Adam Biggs (Postdoctoral Fellow in the History of Medicine Department, AY 2021-2022) Assistant Professor of Science and Technology Studies, Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, spoke on the “Advocate” panel.
Ryan Hearty (Hopkins PhD, 2023), Lecturer at the Center for Leadership Education, in Whiting School of Engineering.
